In Q1 2023, the top five investing and financial management apps on the iOS platform in Colombia exhibited diverse performance metrics in terms of weekly downloads and active users. Here is a closer look at their trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, beginning at 2.3K in late December and peaking at nearly 4K in the first week of January. The downloads then gradually decreased to approximately 1.6K by the end of March. Active users for the app started at around 10.9K in late December and saw an overall increase, peaking at about 14.7K in mid-March before settling at 13.2K by the end of the quarter.

IQ Option – FX Broker experienced a significant surge in weekly downloads, starting at 582 in late December and reaching a high of 3.8K in mid-March. Active users followed a similar trend, beginning at 5.1K and peaking at 13.2K in mid-March. By the end of March, active users had decreased to 7.6K.

Protección demonstrated a steady increase in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting at 402 in late December, downloads peaked at 1K in early February and remained relatively stable, ending the quarter at 728.

Olymp Trade - Online Trading showed an initial rise in weekly downloads, beginning at 512 and reaching 1.5K by late January. However, downloads declined steadily afterward, ending at just 195 in the last week of March. Active users increased from 2.6K in late December to 4.6K by late January, but then gradually decreased to 2.4K by the end of the quarter.

Libertex: Trading & Investing had a relatively stable performance in weekly downloads. Starting at 834 in late December, the app saw its highest downloads at 1.4K in early January, then experienced a gradual decline, ending the quarter at 607.
